Is all your information London based?

Although we’re based in London, and this is where many of the digital services originate, we aren’t just London focused. We may be London biased, but in the future we’re aiming to feature apps and digital services from all across the UK.

Do you use affiliate links?

Yes, many of the links we feature on PrivateHire are affiliate links. What this means is that we have chosen to feature a link to a service, because we recommend and trust it. If you then go on to use the service, or sign up via a link from our site, we will make a small commission at no extra cost to you.

In short, it costs you nothing extra, but for every signup from our links, we can make a little bit of money to keep this site running.

Do you feature promotional voucher codes?

Although we are not specifically a voucher codes website, if we find a useful promotional code that our users might be able to use, we will feature it. For new users to certain apps this can be very useful, often with a free credit towards use or a discount for signup.

Are your reviews impartial?

The aim of this site is to give you, the user, the information to make an informed choice about which app or service to use. As such, we prefer to list the facts and let you make up your own mind if the service is any good or not. So, yes, our reviews aim to be impartial and subjective.

Can I feature my company on your site?

If you’re starting a new digital or tourism service and you would like to feature it on PrivateHire, please get in touch to discuss. As mentioned, we aim to be impartial, so just having your company featured on our site doesn’t automatically mean a glowing review.

We will however, take a look at the service you offer and share the details with our subscribers and followers.

I’ve noticed an error on your site. Can you change it?

Of course, just get in touch. Things change, updates happen, or we sometimes simply make a mistake with information. We’re human after all! Just send us an email and let us know what piece of information is incorrect and we’ll try and update it as soon as possible.
